Water Aerobics

Try your first class free at The Blue!  


 Water aerobics is a great way to burn calories and tone muscles without the stress to joints of jogging or dry-land aerobics. The hour-long classes include a warm-up, stretching, aerobic work-out, and cool-down period. All ages enjoy and receive benefits from this class!

$5.00 per class or 20 Punch Swimnastics Card for $80.


Classes Offered

Aqua-Motion:  This is a low-intensity class that is designed to get you moving again. Built for flexibility and strength training, Aqua-motion will help you become a more active and healthier you!

Swimnastics:  Great for beginners with mild energy; swimnastics is our more intensive class. An hour of fun flexibility, cardio and strength training will get your blood pumping and set you up for a healthy life!

All About You:  Our most intensive class, All About You is an amazing workout. Don't let the name scare you! This class promises to engage every muscle in your body during interval training. 

Hydrotone: Great for all levels. It is an evening class that works your whole body and lots of stretching. You will also get a good cardio workout with this class
