Water Aerobics

Try your first class free at The Blue! 

 Water aerobics is a great way to burn calories and tone muscles without the stress to joints of jogging or dry-land aerobics. The hour-long classes include a warm-up, stretching, aerobic work-out, and cool-down period. All ages enjoy and receive benefits from this class!

$5.00 per class or 20 Punch Swimnastics Card for $80.

 

Classes Offered

Aqua-Motion: This is a low-intensity class that is designed to get you moving again. Built for flexibility and strength training, Aqua-motion will help you become a more active and healthier you!

Swimnastics: Great for beginners with mild energy; swimnastics is our more intensive class. An hour of fun flexibility, cardio and strength training will get your blood pumping and set you up for a healthy life!

Aqua Boot-Camp: Our most intensive class, aqua boot-camp is an amazing workout. Don't let the name scare you! This class promises to engage every muscle in your body during interval training.
